Due Diligence
Conducting due diligence helps us comply with anti-corruption laws around the world and
ensure that SAP is conducting business with partners who do not have a history of
unlawful
conduct.
Since January 2019, a key requirement in partner ecosystem governance requires that all SAP partner types undergo a due diligence check, during the recruitment or solution qualification stage of the partner lifecycle, as deemed appropriate and a related renewal every two years thereafter.
The due diligence process will require partners, at a minimum, to complete a Partner Anti-Corruption Questionnaire and supply any other documentation deemed necessary by SAP’s Legal Compliance and Integrity Office. Any compliance issues uncovered during the due diligence may result in a suspension of partnership activities until fully addressed. Partners may be terminated from the SAP PartnerEdge Program if compliance issues cannot be resolved and/or partners breached SAP’s compliance requirements".
